Financial planning workshop for women in New Canaan

“A Woman’s Bridge to Financial Freedom,” HTG Investment Advisors Inc.’s next financial focus workshop, is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, at the HTG office in New Canaan. The program will be presented by Robin Sherwood and Barbara Ollinger.

Women have many of the same financial goals as men, but often face a different set of challenges when working toward those goals, according to a press release. Topics to be covered include how to set financial goals, establish investment plans, capitalize on tax-advantaged retirement planning vehicles and protect assets through smart estate planning.
